Reis Gıda, joined the 120. Anniversary of the Hospice

The 120. anniversary of the Hospice established by the Ottoman sultan 2. Abdulhamit took place with a broad participation.
The program organized at the T.R. Minister of Family and Social Policies Head of the Hospice Okmeydani was attended bythe Istanbul Governor Vasip Sahin, Minister of Family and Social Policies Undersecretary Nesrin Celik, Member of the Hospice Board of Directors Abdülhamit Kayıhan Osmanoğlu who is the grand son of Abdulhamit from three generations ago, President of TURGEV Bilal Erdogan, representetives of non-governmental organizations, Reis Gıda Chairman of Board Mehmet Reis and charitable business men and artists.
The exhibit ‘’120 years, 120 images’’ of the painter Ismail Acar for the organization drew attention. Mehmet Reis who wandered around the art gallery, had the chance to talk to the elderly people who were photographed. The charitable business man Mehmet Reis met up the President of the Hospice Dr. Aylin Ciftci.

What they need is love; what we need is a benediction

The Governor of Istanbul Vasiip Sahin said ‘’ What they need is love; what we need is their benediction’’. Vasap Sahin conveyed his thanks to the Hospice and the ones that supported the charities.

Minister of Family and Social Policies Undersecretary Nesrin Celik thanked everyone who has and will contribute to the Hospice.
President of the Hospice Dr. Aylin Ciftci who revealed that there will be many events throughout the year to introduce Hospice, also added:
“We will bring our past to the new generations to keep the Hospice traditions alive, and to keep pace with the new generation. We will introduce Hospice and explain its philosophy with the events we will organize throughout the year.’’

At the end of the organization, the charitable business men did the things requested by the members of the Hospice that were written on the papers they took from a glass jar. The charitable business man Mehmet Reis took the ‘’Would you be my hero for a day’’ paper. This year Reis Gıda will continue to add new supports by taking place in various organizations the Hospice will manage.
