Differently from the normal bulgur, it is obtained from the uncooked wheat. It is one of the special products of the South east and Central Anatolia. The bulgur obtained from the hard wheat adhere easily and not separates because of its high strength content. Because it is suitable for giving shape in making stuffed meatballs, it is preferred for preparing stuffed meatballs.
